Developing self-worth in young people through hands-on adventure!
Join us this year starting in New York City and sailing the coast up to
Maine!

“Not only did I learn about sailing, but I learned about people and
life. You trusted us a lot
and gave us encouragement
saying we can do anything.
But most of all you really seemed to care and that makes the most
difference of all.”

Trip details:
You will fly into JFK airport in New York where we will meet you and take you to Boundless anchored at the 79th Street Boat Basin.
While this is an "Alumni" trip, you may bring a friend with you!
We'll spend the first few days touring NYC, eating out at the famous ZaBar's Deli, visit museums, Time Square and attend a Broadway show! The Lion King and Phantom of the Opera are possibilities.
After a few days in NYC we slip our mooring sailing past the Statue of Liberty, through "Hell Gate" (exciting currents!) and out into Long Island Sound. We'll sail the Sound to Block Island, Rhode Island.
From there we sail past Martha's Vineyard and through the Cape Cod Canal.
Then it's a full day sail across the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary where we'll have our greatest opportunity to see...whales! Later that day we'll drop anchor at The Isles of Shoals for the night.
A week after leaving NYC we'll sail into our ultimate destination, Portland, Maine! In Portland we'll tour the city and take a ferry to Peak's Island to rent bikes for the day.
We'll still have a few days to explore the coastal islands of Casco Bay where we'll see seals at our anchorages, visit lighthouses, and hike thickly wooded trails on remote islands.
On the last day you'll fly out of Portland, Maine to return home after an incredible experience, taking with you tons of memories of newly discovered places and people.
Call or email us today for an application! 6 is the limit...
