American Heritage Girls Summer Sailing in Maine!

A Pioneer and Patriot adventure awaits you

 off the coast of Maine...

There are 4,600 islands off the coast of Maine.                  Let's go explore a few of them!

  • Spend a week aboard the sailing vessel Boundless in this entirely hands-on adventure as you sail from island to island looking for whales and dolphins along the way!

  • Onshore, hike a trail through an overgrown path and make your way up to a lighthouse.

  • Kayak around our anchorage and watch seals poke their heads up around you!

  • Spend a day at the Maine Maritime Museum to see how wooden ships were built in days past and grab a pizza for dinner in the historic town of Bath.

  • Sail through the fog listening for horns, bells and whistles to guide our way.

  • Enjoy a morning quiet time on the deck of Boundless or an evening Bible study as twilight sets.

  • Have a Lobster Bake on the beach with fresh corn on the cob and roasted potatoes!

  • Have time to talk, build friendships, eat great food, laugh lots, play, learn, and explore!

"Wow, what a week! Kayaking with seals, lobster at the Basin, hot showers at the Maritime Museum, the lighthouse on Sequin Island, awesome meals. I hope to sail with you again in some far, far, off seas... "Ashley

Through the skills introduced throughout the week, you'll   accomplish multiple Badge requirements!

“Not only did I learn about sailing, but I learned about people and life.  You trusted us a lot and gave us encouragement saying we can do anything.  But most of all, you really seemed to care and that makes the most difference of all.”  Amber
