5-day educational adventures for MS/HS students and their teacher

Day 1: You will arrive in the morning at the Coan River Marina and board our sailing vessel Boundless to begin your adventure! After a brief tour of your floating home for the week, we will go over safety procedures, the week's itinerary and purpose, discuss weather, and assign the roles of Capt. of the Day, First Mate, Deck Crew and Navigators. ***We will then untie dock-lines and get underway with everyone contributing to the operation of Boundless! Sailing to a quiet cove and dropping anchor for a late afternoon swim before dinner is the goal! ***Dinner, while watching the sunset, will be followed by meal cleanup and a "get to know ya" game and a refocus on the weeks goals and destinations....

Day 2: Wakeup, breakfast, and boat cleanup followed by a class session on alternative energy sources aboard Boundless. ***Up anchor and sail to historic St. Mary's, Maryland. Anchor in Horseshoe Bend, lower inflatable and go ashore to tour Maryland's 17th century first settlement, St. Mary's City. 

Day 3: Morning routine followed with a class on ancient navigation. Up anchor and sail to "Sharks Tooth Island" to search for fossilized sharks teeth in the sand. Swim off the island followed by showers and dinner aboard with movie/board game night afterwards.

Day 4: Sail over to St. Clement's Island where Capt. Jeff has buried treasure you will use map and compass to find! In the afternoon continue sailing to
